    Query Approved

Kindly refrain from asking about the P200NS, the bike is not available and most opinions here will be based on its face value.

Out of the 3 bikes you have shortlisted, I would recommend GS150R. It recently got a small upgrade and is quite a good bike. Refer to the GS150R ownership thread which has more than 10000 posts. You will find answers to all your queries there.

Also, Pulsar 200NS sure looks promising but it would be more expensive than any of the bikes you have shortlisted. To wait for it is totally up to you.
Signals which are timed for 50 Kmph are also timed for 100 Kmph :)

          Why not an FZ?
its a nice 150 segment bike with nice and comfi handling and seating.
its a yamaha so nil to maintain.
easy to handle on bad roads even...

          give it a thought

If you can wait and afford the P200NS, then put your plans on hold. Otherwise, for a budding tourer, the GS150R makes more sense. Under relaxed riding conditions, it offer an FE of about 55. It is a Suzuki product so not many people will doubt its reliability and like.

interested in touring >gs 150 r will do
avg 45+>gs 150 r and dazzler both will do
skinny built>gs 150 r can be stiff handler at parking speed
              reliability>both will do
if you can stretch your budget>consider fazer as those semi-fairing are wind-blast tested.although its 150 cc heart will not be as tour-friendly as zmr.p220 or cbr.mileage figure will be around 38-45
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

Drive Activa for few more months

Don't hurry to buy any bike within such a short time.

Also widen your choice and save money for April-May!!!!

In my opinion, GS150R is the best tourer in its segment. Especially because of its 6th gear for cruising. The engine is damn smooth and you won't have any problems with it. The only concern is the After Sales Service(A.S.S).

The dazzler is a really good bike if you have a lot of city riding also, because the GS is quite heavy, but the Honda A.S.S is not that good also.

I don't know much about the Impulse, I am sorry. But IMHO, I would advice against buying any Hero Moto products unless it is recommended by someone who knows the bike really well and knows what he is talking about.

If you want to play the waiting game like the above posts suggest, you HAVE to think about increasing your budget because I don't think there are going to be any major developments in this segment apart from the Pulsar150.

                      All the Best.

oh yes brother fz was on top of my list , but the mileage is definitely too low (have friends getting figures as low as 28-30, and the maximum any one ever got was 40)...... and the 2 or 3 times i rode it, i felt it wouldnt be much fun for long rides as after 70kmph it was not very smooth... and also overtaking was a bit hard

Well I will just u one machine which will be good for u for a longer period and u will not face any problem. Light in weight good quality comfortable with mono shock good average what u want most important your height 5'10 good one there. Go for dazzler the parts are also easily available and there are many good words of this bike. The new colors are also out in the market. Well its all up to u. Coming for the new PULSAR well its a long wait can u manage well I guess it might be a good choice but since it is 200 u don't expect average more than 40 I guess. Well also not to forget for the first time in 2 wheelers any company is going to get triple spark plug. So I guess go for dazzler a better engine and a good life. So all the best shall wait for your bike do let us all know about it.
