Default Lyon Moto Expo, France: 2010

Lyon held its annual 3 day Bike Expo in the month of February, 2010. We had posted photographs last year as well with the show opening with the 3 stunters from various countries. The event was covered by Valérie HONORE, our part time correspondent in France who helps us in covering certain events happening in that part of the continent. See Stunt Performance at the Lyon Motorcycle Expo
and Bike Expo at Lyon!

This year too she managed to cover some of the event. Unfortunately though this year she managed to get there only during the weekend and thus the photographs that she shot were tougher to click due to the presence of the crowd. However, I would try to show what she has to present.

The Augusta Brand

Augusta Merchandise

The Ultimate Augusta, 200Bhp

The Benelli Stand

Wouldn't you like to have that in your garage!

BMW, the mother of all tourers!

Now shall we say, move over everybody else, Ducati cometh!!!

And the price tag to go with...

This one needs no introduction to fanatics of Ducati

Now you will be seeing some Moto Guzzi

Honda Playboy Stall

Look at these exhausts

The Monster Series

I know you have been waiting for the Playboy girls. Mme Valérie waited for the Playboy girls to make their appearance on the bikes and she shot them. Like they say, how can you dissociate motorcycling and girls... so here goes... the playboy girls from Honda in their paddock attire!

The Playboy Girls

In the Kawasaki stall, we have here, the model that is creating waves, breaking records in the sports-tourer segment, the ER-6F

One of the most currently popular bikes in the riding schools: the ER-6n

Guess who!!!...

Entitled the Orient Express... beat that!

Suuu...zuuu...kiiiii

The bike used by Sunny

And its price tag!

A favourite of mine, the Bandit

Triumph Lyon

A huge thanks to Mme Valérie Honoré for showing this and sharing with us.

Simply Mind blowing. the playboy honda is an impressive colour combination. Or may it is just the Honda . Oh yes.. the exhaust on MotoGuzzi is quite out of the box. The playboy girls (no offense to them) gorgeous as they might be, still look out of place somehow.

Girls to me generally look good. Especially with a motorcycle. Girls in paddock attire at the bike paddocks look terrific! My thoughts though.

I don't even have words for the Italian Designs . Its seems they go to an alien planet and steal designs from there.

I agree with you Ken Da, babes on bikes looks great

Coming back to topic. These are normal under - seat mounted radiator with fans visible from rear.
And I thought its something new that we would see in future.

In all of the bikes posted here, I like the second last one. I don't know which bike it is though :-( can't make out from the logo. Simple and elegant design. Nice

That is indeed an underseat exhaust. Had a discussion with Rossiter about this. To reduce front end vortices and better weight distribution.

@Rossiter: Thanks for your tech support
