Well all that is fine. The Hayabusa does not come with digital instrumentation is something which is still shocking when 125cc bikes like the XCD come with it. As far as what i have read about this BUSA, its said this was just a stop gap method till Suzuki come up with a all new Hayabusa.

![]() Its about being functional and retro. Although the central meter is digital and shows gear number along with other useful information. Adding a digital console would be hardly anything for Suzuki when they have developed a category leading motorcycle. We dont want Suzuki to make the same mistake which Ducati made with the 999. |

^Its absolutely no harm to HH whatsoever, they are happy selling 10000 splendours to every Busa sold in India. To be frank the real superbikes for India are made by HH which mobilize the whole of India rather than these big machines only which teeny meeny fraction of the populace will use.
The domestic manufacturers cannot even dream of getting anywhere close to making any superbikes, well unless, they borrow the engine, and the chasis, and the electricals, and the works and then stick their logos onto the machines. ![]() Look at Hyosung, even after so many years of producing very good bikes they are just thinking about getting a Aquila 1000 in the markets. |

If we talk about the latest technology used by Yamaha in the 150cc segement bike, but as far as i think R15 is being sold only in the Metros and on the other hand if we see HH's bikes are available everywhere bcoz of the steadiness and the dependibility factor...!! Moreover, HH doesnt need to produce any such SuperBikes in order to stay in the Market, its already the market leader in India ...!! And one more thing these SuperBikes are just used by only some segment of ppl...which is very less as compared to the existing units sold by HH... Last edited by inder.cool; 11-26-2008 at 08:00 PM. |
