I don't understand why people can't accept the NEWS for what it is, wait for the bike (ok, so it's been years, sue bajaj for that), test ride it, then post about the bike. Instead it's comparisons with every friggin moped known to man, arguments about unknown pricing, and general BS about a bike nobody has even seen other that 1.3mp cellphone spy shots!

I'm sure that if the mods were to delete all non-news related posts in this thread, like they should, the page count would be under 5 instead of thirty friggin one pages of utter crap.

Honestly, wading through all the junk on xbhp has become a really tiring affair, most people just post whatever first pops in their heads instead of relevant and useful stuff. I've been here for about 6 years now, but it's just too much these days.
Easy pal. News are what triggers such discussions. Its merely reflects people's excitement. Its interesting how we ourselves can become like children bubbling with excitement. I know there are plenty of junks out there but there are good information as well. Thats the nature of blogs/forums and you have to accept that for what it is. We have moderators to clean unacceptable materials.

You see, I probably may not be able to own the Ninja, but Im equally as excited as the person who might actually buy one .

I agree with Julian Paul. Why not keep the news and comments separate?

As this forum is growing bigger, the pages are increasing too. Now, we have 16 pages (by 20 post/ page basis)... Where to search for REAL info?

BTW The words could have been politer. But, the message did get across...

OT: Once the bike is launched, shouldnt the mods take action on all those who speculate the wrong info? Or have so called 'concrete' news from their trustyworthy sources?

I feel this should be done for every new bike launch. Like when ZMR was launched. Or when this Ninja 250R will be launched. Some sort of a soft ban or putting all these usernames under a 'do not trust' category can also help in future : when other new bikes will be coming our way so that members know here whom to trust and whom not to.. my 2 cents to reduce unwanted posts / fights here

+1 to your points Bunny bhai
this way atleast the false speculations which leads to useless threads and discussions would be stopped and it would make xBhp more reliable with info and specification of the upcoming bikes

Well a lot of people are definitely excited about the bike even if they are not potential costumers. So a lot of excitement/speculation is but natural.
I dunno about you guys but i am maintaining the baby ninja will cost somewhere between 2.5-2.7 ex-showroom (might even cross 3 on-road) since it's going to be either a CBU/CKD and even with the trade agreement you have to take into account it costs nearly 2L. Add duties to it and the price easily crosses 2.5L. If Bajaj can price it any lower, they'll have my respect.

Edit: I just wish they fix the tyres and provide digital instrumentation.
