BTW, I already know nothings possible without upjetting, but just posted for information's sake.

I did provide enough details of my bike P180 UG2. I was a little worried but I hope they know and understand the tech details about the smaller capacity bikes made in India. There response is suprising but true ...

I dont think so.How it works with just AFR tuning? It wont work IMO.

Am not at all interested, just mailed them seeking their response, anyways fazeroid(Nevin) is planning to add one to his Fazer16, lets see what'll happen then. . Do you know what the recommended Upsize would be for the Fazer16 if using RC1100.??? I'm currently assuming P180's main will do.

Guys, upjetting is needed. Atleast for performance gain.
Even if next higher size jets are used with stock air filter, it will give slight bump in performance.

Own a 102cc Honda Aviator which has the 'paper filter'.
mileage at 11k kms and with the choking drives, wanted to change it but the paper airfilter wasn't in stock as the new aviator has the 'viscous filter'.

waited for 3 months and lost hopes in Honda and today bought the visocus filter.in appearance its all the same except for the color.
the paper filter being yellow and viscous filter being green.
it has same size and filter holder shape is same.

did a DIY and the Aviator just got a new life.

I have fitted a Cosworth performance filter in my pulsar 150 ug3. I have discarded the air filter box and the mechanic has fitted it directly near the carburettor without fitting any extention pipe. There is a significant increase in acceleration without re-jetting as i am running it 1 1/2 turns richer mix. One query i have is that i have noticed a black pipe just below the filter conneting with the engine.. is it ok to leave it open or cover it with some cloth and also i want to ask how is it possible to check if there is any air leakage from breather pipe where the filter has been fitted.
