i heard it costs around 20000 for around 20 shots of Nos in Delhi

Nos is NITROUS OXIde . Its very dangerous and usually high end vehicles are capable to withstand its toll .Even hayabusas have had their pistons blown with usage of nos so just wonder what might happen to our 150cc bikes .I think only r15 with forged pistons can withstand Nos .

U only quoted that Even Hayabusa cant withstand that ample amount of power then its impossible for r15 to hold it..

Nitrogen isnt combustible but when mixed with O2,it becomes dangerous!
When this N2O mixture is fed in the engine combution chamber it gives ample surface area for reactions and burning of fuel (i wont go into the deeper physics as it is too lelthy) thus suddenly making the pistons work 200times the normal pump rate.
There is a small jet in the NOS which alters the flow of the It in the combution chamber.
So if its not kept on minimal with tuning it would suddenly put ample pressure on pistons hence making them either worned out or burn down!
On open jet Its somewhat like ur adding another 200bhp's into a 50bhp bike!!!
Just imagine what it can do to YOU and Ur BIKE!!
Burn both of u down..

@ Above : there is no big lengthy explanations about the way NOS works...first of all NOS is the name of a company...yes it does stand for Nitrous oxide but the NOS that a lot of people refer to is the company and not the gas itself..coming to the way NOS(the gas :P) works...its simple..the gas is injected via specific lines into the combustion chamber..Nitrous oxide as such is an inflammable gas..it will NOT burn...but when it is injected into the combustion chamber the N2O molecule splits into into primary components namely nitrogen and oxygen..as we all know oxygen is the key to better combustion..this free oxygen thus helps burn more fuel resulting in higher power...as simple as that..infact a properly tuned and set up Nitrous system will have a slight cooling effect on the engine as per a famous company's claims..they say that the free Nitrogen molecule actually helps cool the engine a wee bit..I dont know how far that is true but yeah thats what I read...!! and that is how Nitrous oxide injection works..cheers

if used properly this thing is much more fun, use it like a fool,it will bite you...
do consider some precautions,
what engine pressure?
what mathod of using?
upjetted?(running lean, engine bye-bye)
which filter?
cdi(stock big no-no, need to retard timing when using nos)
which jet?
what exhaust?
be prepared for consequences ...
and we can use it..
again a word of caution, mostly cdi use timing advance to achieve better burning of fuel throughout the rev range(esp at high revs), while using nos engine pressure will increase and advanced timing can harm your engine, better talk to a mech who is perfect(big joke) in this kinda stuff.
and that 20000 for 20 shots, i think that is a typo(may be a another joke),its not that costly.
