Default New bike help please

Hi friends.. Im looking for a bike..this will be my first one..
I prefer low seat bike as im 164cms high.. comfort and easy to ride r my reqs..
FE above 45kmpl. light weight and low seat height prefered..
pl suggest me..

Update:
Height 164cms
Weight 60+-2
*Budget upto 65k
*Purpose of using the bike (commuting / touring / both) commuting (touring occasionally)
*Average daily commute (km) (25kms) (250kms touring)
*Average monthly touring (km) (1100kms)
*Usage pattern (Highway %, City %) (city commuting) roads are clear mostly
*Back Problems (if any) yes

Apache RTR160. Good in Fuel efficiency,handling,reliability,cheap spares.

choose from fz, unicorn, dazzler or GS150R. These 4 bikes fit your requirement list & also have less backache problems due to comfortable seating posture.
