this saturday i did a trip from chennai to tiruchi..the total distance is 640 kms.my parents said me to go by bus. as the bus fares are sky high in tn,i dedieded to go by zma. the previous night i fitted the k&n and found the right setting. i took the stock air filter with me. i started exactely at 8am in the morning. i took me almost 95 mins to reach chengalpattu which is just 40 kms from my home. hell lot of traffic. after chengalpattu the roads were free. then i did a 235 kms at a strecth from chegalpattu. i did 235 kms in 3 hour 10 mins..i was doing speeds between 90-143..thanks to the k&n..i was riding with mid-sized cars like wagonr, i10 and indica vista. i planeed to reach trichy straight away.but i had to stop some 30 kms before traffic because of an accident. the cops were clering the road. so all the vechile have to wait. finally i reached the destination by1.20 pm..i atteneded the maarriage and started to chennai Sunday afternoon. i started at 1pm. i changed to stock filter while returning. the top speed dropped to 133 on the speedo. while coming back i did 320kms in 5 hours. i took to 2 20 mins break..
problems:
1. horn is below par.
2. rear tires have to upgraded.
i didn't have any problems with the bike.
