guys i have been out of the biking scene like 1.5yrs due to some reasons and now will be buying a bike soon was wondering which one to go for most people would would day R15 or 220 etc.. but i was lookin for a four stoke which can be modified for performance.
i have shortlisted R15 220 ZMA my main concerns is top speed,high speed crusing, problem free n lastly can be engine modded ? |

If ur looking for Track oriented performance then R15 should be ur first option as it's designed for tracks and modifying an R15 and 220 is not that easy as both has ECU mapping that cant be changed as of now and i dont think so there are guys doing that, so u need to concentrate only on the engine mods like our JOEL did to his R15 and for that some needs serious brains as if u play the game wrong then ur in deep trouble. So, the ideal choice would be ZMA which u can start off with some good free flow filters, Upjetting, Iridium plugs, Iginition cables, Quick throttles......etc...etc... ![]()

p220 from my side.. its well tech-equipped.. cruises at high speeds well(fits ur need).. mods can be done or not tht i dont kno..
karizma is an excellent piece but its not been upgraded in a substantial way for long ..

@dual disc 200 well i'm not lookin for minor mods i'm lookin for somethin wacky like our fellow member kushanth had done with his zma 170kmph on a zma, i'm concentrating 70%drag bike 30% street capable

@outworldly maniac sorry bro a bad typo, anyways i want it for drag purpose only but want to ride it around the city 2wise a week atleast... wat would you say about kushanth's zma ??? it does 170kmph yet it's street friendly to an extent as far as i know (i maybe wrong)

dont know who kushanth is and neither about his zma i dont have deep knowledge of bike tuning etc,,,,,,,, you could refer some expert but one thing i am sure if you use DRAG in the real meaning lemme tell you the properties of drag bikes as far i know 1. freaking fast pick up 2. do high speeds at any gear i mean figures like 80 kmph in second gear , first gear ( speakly roughly ) and how do you expect this kinda bike to be street ride able not possible they have different kinda setting,,,,,,,,, there are some bikes whose piston have holes in them after one , two , etc drag races.......... again how can we use them on street..... some high quality last long.. may be some more kms....... but dont think really long the guy you talking about must have had street porting done on his bike hence its fast........ although i doubt that 170kmph claim.... and also never heard of a multipurpose drag and street bike!! ofcourse i am not referring to those monsters RD or rx or tzr which are crazy fast and hence serve drag purpose too..... but lose ofcourse to bikes build specially for drag purpose it seems some has misguided you or you have built some misconceptions lets see what others say.,,,,,. i may be wrong,,,, talking according to what i know |
