swell looking cycle there! congrats on a great buy, especially love the color combo. But personally I don't prefer the curved handlebar design, rather prefer the straight handle bars on my LA spectrum. The curved design seemed a little kiddish if I may say, so right buy for your kid especially at that price!

Glad you liked it. Get yourself one, you will really like it.Originally posted by synergizer View PostThats an amazing pick.. eehh really getting nostalgic about my Hero Swing SE days.. cant jut wait now to pick a 0 bhp bike...
I noticed the same thing when I was picking it up. It probably initially was designed to take a conventional brake. And then the disc was introduced in later versions.Originally posted by TNiranjanT View Post@ Ken,
I find something out of place here, I notice that there seems to be a provision for a drum brake in front of the suspension? And the bike is a dual disc as i can see. Explain yourself man!
It is time you did it. Get yourself a ride and let us go pedalling down the road...Originally posted by rx100.7050 View PostBut have promised myself that will buy a bicycle some day & will reduce thora motapa
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

"the provision for drum break" is actually a provision for puting up a mudguard.
Thanks a lot again for the help provided.

I still remember my first bicycle- A Hero Ranger bought for me by my dad when I was studying 5th standard.
Learnt it every hard way possible!!!! Hah....the good old days. Seeing little Mael, makes me want to have a look at the scars in my knee and elbows!!! Happy biking Mael.
P.S: I still have that bicyle with me, properly maintained in mint condition.

Good to see that people maintain their older steeds as well over long periods of time.Originally posted by Aparajith View PostI still remember my first bicycle- A Hero Ranger bought for me by my dad when I was studying 5th standard.
