I will buy this Bike...........I wanted it since the time its specifications were revealed internationally, when are they gonna launch it in India ?????

This bike is the best bike for me in the whole world.

        Reason's
1.Wide one piece handlebar- I am more at home with this kind of handlebars instead of clip-ons.Be it weaving through traffic or cornering at my best, its the bar type handle for me.

2.Superbike shaming power to weight ratio- 0-100 kmph in 2.5 seconds, everything would be smoked on this side of a Bugatti Veyron, not even the like of S1000RR can outrun it on an everyday track.

3.Light weight and Low Seat Height- 210kgs and 770mm seat height is what actually got me glued onto this machine.I would be comfortable with my 5 ft 3 inches height on it.My short but strong physique can settle that weight well.

4.Knuckle in the face looks- Its radical and its menacing,it can stand out in a crowd of high cc bikes no matter whatever be the type- muscle bikes or cruisers or Superbikes.

5.It is a Ducati- this everyday bike has got trackbred cornering capabilities....A potent all-rounder.High level of quality and testastretta engine would ensure butter smooth performance throughout the rev range.

6.Naked Bike- While being very aggressive in looks it will remind me of watching my speeds when I would be ticking above 200kmph with wind blasts. Its a blessing because I would be riding it in Indian roads.

7.Three modes- Urban,Sport and Touring.....at ease regarding the mileage and power delivery needed for each cause.

This is the only Ducati on earth that suits me perfectly and it maybe the Bike that I would be most comfortable on.

The glitches that I have in my mind pre- purchase.
        1. When is it going to be launched in India.
        2. The price on road considering the import duty would be somewhere in tune of INR 23 lakhs.Even a couple of lakhs lowered would be highly appreciated.
3.SVC or showroom still not in my city........can be a headache when it comes to maintainence and service.
4,The grade of fuel it would use, a big factor for me.I want this kind of bike on long rides, but if it cannot be refilled at any Fuel station then that would be disappointing.I think just like new Rolls Royce Ghost that has been launched in India, Diavel too should run on normal unleaded fuel without harming the engine as well.A slight (.5 to 1) bhp cut is acceptable.

My dream bike is still the Suzuki Hayabusa(seat height trouble).........but the more expensive Ducati is now just the bike for me.So let my dreams remain where it is, I would content myself with the devil of reality

P.S. A million thanks to Sunny bhaiya for keeping a track of the Devil, Xbhp is making it more easy for me to inch closer to it.Nice work for bringing the first Indian review of Diavel.

A wonderful coincidence - The new Ferrai Italia 458 Launch was also happening in the same hotel I was lodged in! Talk about luck and raining Italian exotics, here are some pics of the same:

A Ferrari is definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but however this new Italia 458 is poised to replace the aging F430.

Mclaren too has geared up a competition for the same, the MP4-12C.

So any news or insight about how it would fare against its competitor and the objective behind this model ???

However owning a Ducati would give the same feel of owning a Ferrari
A two-wheeled Ferrari is called Ducati and a four-wheeled Ducati is what is Ferrari.
