Nice review OF sirji. If you were to compare this to ZMR, what would you say? Where would you put your money?

To be owner of First Pulsar 200NS in Kolkata!!

"Adding to the issue is the plastic-shrouded tank that precludes the use of magnetic tank-bags"

SO does this mean a Fully Plastic tank??
and if so, then i guess it wont cost much for replacing it, with the faired version when it comes.
MG pls throw light on these two issues--
            1) Where is the air vent located?? ( Will it be obstructed if i modify d bike with a fairing? )
            2) What is d backlit light of d instrument panel? Same old orange??

ANd any scoop on when the faired version might launch??

By any chance there is any video clip of the test ride?

If yes then will do the booking this afternoon.

@JK, What has the dealer told you about that bike? any idea about pricing?

Is it the best bike on indian roads on this date?

Now no one would ever comment Bajaj was a scooter manufacturer... will be known as the benchmark setting bike manufacturer of India to have scaled heights in such a small time.

Loved the design, tech specs look aluring and has put the 200NS in my wishlist.

would have loved a bigger tank as the GS150 or the old pulsars.

but nevertheless, what now other manufacturers can do is reverse engineering to meet that fantastic price which is expected

Thank you YAMAHA for starting the trend of Naked Bikes in India again with the FZ. A lot of inspiration has been taken from you no doubt in that.

Old Fox, you've done it again . Amazingly detailed and properly technical review....and the decision to buy the bike is from the rider.....much better written than the previous major review (Duke 200), and seems better value than the Duke too.

Thanks for re-energizing the faith, Old Fox, keep up the good work. Now you can change the signature to "Been there, done that x 3.0"

Great Review. Looks like an awesome city street bike. I love the clean tail. Whats the planned street price on it? They should export these. I'd buy one for my commute.

                            finish

A great one, but what still comes to my notice is the weld finish.

Awesome write up.Kudos to xbhp team(especially to OF).
Is there any hint about the launch date/month of faired version by BAL?
Is quality of parts now in the league of japanese?
No offense to any one but in my view the real revolution in higher cc segment is brought by HH in the form of cbz and karizma. But its bad that HH never thought of bringing naked bikes.
