There might be some cost-cuttings here and there. But I believe at this price point it's a very tempting package with that beautiful engine and well-sorted chassis.

Splendid and honest review as always. Fit & finish was expected and isn't really complaint-worthy considering the price tag.
The clicks came out as brilliant.

BTW, is the rider Mohit bhai? The seat height hasn't been mentioned specifically; all it says is the average Indian height.

It is a very tempting package. And as already mentioned in the review, keep a few grands separate for the customization/upgrades and you'll be a happy man. There's a huge range of accessories that is already available for the Street 750.

yes, the rider is Mohit and if you've met him in person, you'd know that he's not a very tall guy. but was very comfortable. The other almost-6-feet journos didn't complain on the tall-boy seat (add on) either.

              Honest review.
I heard some people complaining about the price tag of this beautiful machine. But, after all, this is a Harley Davidson!

                    I've been getting between 20 to 22 km/l.

Re: Harley Davidson Street 750 Ridden and Reviewed

I sure have been a Harley fan but always looked to buy a naked bike in future. I do love the Iron883 but not enough to think of buying that over a Ninja 650.
But, today the idea of owning Harley suddenly jumped up in my desire list after test riding the Iron 883 and Street 750.
                      I loved the 750.

First I rode the Iron, but it dint really get me too excited as a biker that I am but just gave me the excitement of riding a Harley.
Then I got on the 750. And man it instantly got a wicked smile on my face. It pulls like a monster even at low rpm and reminded me of Jeremy Clarkson review videos where he keeps talking about how certain cars push him into his seat with the acceleration. I was being thrown back everytime I opened the throttle, even gently.
The bike pulls clean and hard and throughout.
Heard the stock exhaust sound and its a turn off, but the Street I rode had Screaming Eagle and surely a must have.
I only could ride them for a short distance but the street impressed me big time and the price tag of 5lac on-road with 33k for screaming eagle exhaust, it's worth it even with certain cost cutting measures mentioned in the review.
Now the Street has surely added itself to my wishlist and right there at the top. I wonder if a Ninja 650 test ride would change this. Unfortunately Kawasaki guys don't give a test ride.
Thumbs up to Harley for this wonderful bike.

                          wow...superb pictures..
The dangling wires and quality of plastics is not really harley but with that price tag..NO complaints at all

When I'm riding with the helmet on, I'm invisible and people just deal with me as the guy on the bike :)

I guess it depends how you ride this machine. In city rides I get 20-22Km/L and on highways I got max upto 28Km/L. But for sure 25+ you will get.

                              Fantastic first impressions!
Would love to hear more on the long distance cruising comfort and if someone is willing, ride experience on no-road(or off-road) conditions.
I am aware of that this is most suitable for the metaled roads but curious if at all can be ridden in the bad ones as well - the suspension, maneuvering capabilities etc.
Cheers to you guys, for the pictures and the detailed commentary.
