    Re: The Gentleman's Game!

Great Review yet again detailed the character of the FZ25. This is going to be the best upgrade to a Yamaha fan and a FZ-16 user who was yearning for that extra dose of performance after the version 2 without compromising the smoothness, refinement and reliability.

Absolutely Stunning Photography guys..please give that man a Mutton Biryani as a treat!

    Cheers!

How did you find the seat comfort? Was it similar in size to FZ-16 or bigger than that?

Sirjee, knowing you and your riding. This bike has been made by Yamaha for you

      Lolwa for your last question!
Thanks brother for the reply. So you didnt push it, but reading your review I understand the engine is refined and can handle abuse. Which is good.

But now after riding Impulse for 20k kms in a year, I feel like going for some dual purpose if it comes, I hope you get my point or else I will meet you and then discuss. As per the current situation I think I will wait for a while before going for any other bike as per now.

And yes LOLWA is like good to hear but sad when I know what you mean.... Damn Yamaha for this.

And let me know if you get any update about the LOLWA issue

Thanks. I will have a piece of mutton from that biryani as well then

As i mentioned, the saddle is very plush, so much so that you actually forget to mention it! Because you only remember the saddle when it hurts

Yup, it is typical Yamaha to the (blue) core!

That is if and when a dual-purpose bike hits the market!!!
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

          Re: The Gentleman's Game!

Just a concern regarding accessories for FZ 25 .

Globally this bike is particular to Indian market. ( correct me if i am wrong ). The power plant is available in Brazilian market as fazer 250 but that;s where similarities end.

I am interested in using FZ for touring purpose & particularly worried about wind blast at speeds. Has anybody tried to search for a suitable wind screen for Yamaha. I could not find any after market accessories / parts anywhere for even 150 CC fZ as well ...

Perhaps my lack of goggling skills

The FZ 25 doesn't really hit speeds where the wind will be too much of a problem. 100-120 cruising is ideal for this bike. But yes a windscreen is a valuable addition. Your googling skills can always be replaced by DIY jugaad skills

Use the Fazer wind screen, fix it.

They'll only plonk ABS on once the government makes it mandatory. Next year possibly.

Hope so, looks like low beam doesn't throw enough light at a distance..

Better than other bikes with halogens but nowhere close to Dominar's LEDs or the projectors of RS/RC.
PS: not comparing the bikes, just the headlight illumination.

Agree... The illumination is quite okay...What bothers me is the illumination area...I prefer light throw little further..
