This happened about a month ago when I was riding my Activa in heavy rain at around 3.00 PM in the afternoon at West of Chord road. Because of the heavy rain there was very little traffic. I leaned very little to the right side because there was a little kink which I had to negotiate. When I glanced at the speedo it was around 55-60KPH. Suddenly a dog runs across the road about
150 meters ahead of me. I applied both the brakes but applied the rear brake a little too much while I was still in the slight lean. I got sideways like crazy. It was almost like doing a 45 degree turn. Then I realized this the dog had already crossed the road, it was like 1 second after I got sideways. I thought it was all over, but I don't know how, I released both the brakes and suddenly I still find myself on the scooter. I glanced the mirror after all this and a huge sigh of relief after a horrible few seconds in the rain.
