Me: Waiting for my next ride, so I would like to advance the time to October What about you??
She: Waiting for our Marriage. (felt something awkward in this statement, probably another warning message as in waiting for our marriage to screw you big time)

It's just the beginning of things mate... Trust me, when she says enjoy all you want now, it means exactly what she said.... Enjoy all you want now... Go to Coimby for a ride and live it thoroughly..

The worst though is when you plan and after two years of married life, finally get the opportunity to do what you've been dreaming off... Riding... Curving canyons and living it when suddenly your phone rings... She's had a bad day... Now you stop in the middle of an enjoyable ride to give her support.... That extends to a 2 and half hour talk that burns up all the light left in the day... And not that it's enough, you'll even get blamed for not helping/supporting/being responsible as a hubby just because you're enjoying yourself on two wheels...

I tell you a bike can make a woman very Jealous.

I never had a problem, luckily. My girlfriend is planning to buy a duke herself. Would be pretty funny though. I taught her riding a year back and she has already started to overtake my ZMR during practice sessions (on my friend's duke) !! !.
Anyway, the best solution would be to balance your solo rides with a few couple rides in between, pillions can be pretty helpful if they are supportive and respect your riding style.

Sirji link you posted is not working also make categories like tourers, DIYs, 2 strokers & thumpers like our XBHP forum so kundali matching would be easy!!

Re: Ladies vs xBhp - a discussion!

Good topic to discuss, very interesting replies too. I must agree my situation is not so different (especially with multiple potential girlfriends around). However, I do my rides regardless of their temper tantrums. Without the rides I can't be sane after 15 yrs of riding.

Another point regardless of it being for rides or hanging out with the guys, as Sunil.G quoted a balance will always keep things great.

                  P. S, I attended the Southern ISG2G at Wayanad last weekend, thinking what excuse to give for the long weekend ride coming up in few days.

Try to spend more time with your beloved ones actually they need your presence. If you are giving it on right time they will not demand any restrictions. There are so many time remaining after this that can be use for spend in forums. Thats my advice. I didnt face such problems because my parents know very well about my bike craze.

I finally got the trick in a little over 2 months of posting this thread. I do maintain a balance now. At least in front of them.
