@ animeher: Yes, it was "Tera Gussa Hai Hai" something ... long time ago, filmed on Bobby Doel.
Maybe, the film was either "Aur Pyar Ho gaya" or "Barsaat" ... don't remember exactly. But, it had the same line "Ok, Ta-Ta Bye bye" ...

Thats just plain bollocks !Originally posted by Synn View Post
You wish them Ta Ta (Ta-Ta, even). Not Tata. Again, not the same word, not the same pronunciation.
It essentially is the same pronunciation !!!
TATA should just plain insist on putting a big disclaimer on the oktatatbyebye.com website rather than taking judiciary measures against them. This is a simple thing that has been resolved with tri-party agrements all over the world. No one sues this easily.
I aint discussing law here. I am discussing common sense which is seemingly not so common when one can flex their muscles (in this case TATA). A plain disclaimer should do the job. Now if the owners of the website refused to put a disclaimer then yeah, u can pawn them with ur might.
Theres a disney charachter which goes about saying Tata 20 times in an half an hour episode while driving his truck into the grand canyons. Sue Disney ? tata, truck, transportation ???
Tbh if ppl suck at IQ and mistake oktatabyebye for THE TATAs then neither TATA nor oktatabyebye guys can be held responsible for that.
Ppls inadequecies cannot be construed as a reason for defamation. Defamation has to be direct and implied.
My 2 unwanted pennies for whatever they r worth !sigpic
