Very well written, i too work in front of computer for long hours. The one irritating part is when the light from bulbs and tubes reflects of ur comp screen, it really hurts in the eyes. try and adjust the pitch of ur screen.Comment

@Bunny thanks for putting some informative topic in XBHP as m in System Administration from last 8 years and daily i have to work for 8-9 hours in computers.But thanks to my company (HP) that they are aware of these kinda issues and we have to complete some cources hosted in our intranet site to avoide these problems and there they have given lot of information about how to reduce all bad effects of sitting in front of computers.My first and last passion 1979 Legendry Honda CBX,as sound+looks is not power.
