Very appropriate.
FOR CORRECT POSTURE AND TO PREVENT BACKACHES :
- Adjust the height of your chair so that your feet are firmly resting on the ground
- Push your buttocks into the space provided for them in the chair so that your lower back is not left unsupported
- Your hip joint & knee joint should be at 90 degrees
- Same for your elbow
- The wrist joint should not be either excessively flexed / extended / twisted to one side.
- Even if you sit in the best posture in the most expensive ergonomic chair, do not maintain the same posture for more than 20 - 30 minutes otherwise the muscles undergo fatigue and circulation decreases. Change your posture / get up & stretch / walk around the chair a couple of times before sitting back (if you do not have the time for a longer walk).
