Got myself a pair of 10 in 1 LED pilot lamps today.

Showing you guys the procedure of fitting it by yourself.

    LEDs

Colour difference, the whiter one is stock (left) and bluish one is LED (right)

    Step 1:
    1st open these screws

    Step 2:

then open these and the ones opposite them under the visor front,

    Step 3:
after removing the number plate, reach your hand through the area and pull out the stock pilot lamps, replace the bulbs with the LEDs, if doesn't work, change polarity (flip it sideways), check if its glowing, then place it back inside and fit the stuffs back the way you opened it.

    That's it you're done.

    Enjoy.

first you can start with LED pilot lamps and number plate illumination... i'm sure that little will help a lot...

It really messed me up. Enlighten me about the H4 fittage LED High beam bulb to replace my stock ZMR bulb. I live in New Delhi.

Point 8: since we will be illuminating both the battery box and the air filter box, we will need 2 sets of led strips with wires connected to it. So here just make 2 sets of them as shown in the steps prior to step 8.

Just repeat till step 8 again with fresh led strip and wires, and then connect it to the wire leads that are kept exposed at the connection socket.

And which pictures do you want? All of them or just what it looks like after the modification is complete?

IMO keep the LED things for all other stuff but not the headlight. Why do you want to ride in dark?

brother i guess you got it all wrong. I guess he is talking about led headlamps. If it was led strip or normal led, it would have been very simple to do, infact it would be very stupid to use it as high beam. But he is speaking of led headlamps. These are specialised headlamps clustered with leds and mini projector lenses over them. Looks like a larger version of the multiple led pilot lamps. Very expensive.

Nah !! I got it right. Hope you know Navnish ? I have personally the saw the H4 straight fit LED Headlight bulb (I am sorry if what I saw is something other than what you are talking ) and the intensity is somewhere close or slightly better than stock. I would any day recommend HID's when it comes to headlight. We won't gain anything by saving the power from headlight and risking life. The alternator of ZMR can power up straight 3 X 35w HID without any issues !!

Did engine illumination today. Not uploading the process as it's same as the side cover. The only difference was i used wires to tie the led to the chasis under the tank. uploading shots for reference. Did this because the area gets heated a lot and putting dendrite or any other adhesive can affect adversely. Wires are resistant to heat as the wires i used are havells housing wires. Can take a lot of abuse trust me. :-) take care.

oh okay :-) well i have never seen it with naked eyes. Not available in kolkata i assume. Actually i just saw it online. But if that's the case then it's surely useless installing led headlight. Even i'm planning on hid but right now a bit low on cash so guess will have to wait a bit. :-):-).

hey guys this is my new project. :-)

Dis-assembling the Dome for this Pulsar 220

Can you please tell me, how you managed to remove the front dome of the Pulsar 220 and change the color of the lights. My Friend's pulsar having the problem in the dash board. The Neutral indicator light is not glowing! He needs help, Even some times I have just made fun of him by telling him that my bike (Hero Honda CD 100 SS) neutral indicator is glowing nicely without any error till now

It is my kind request that, it is easier for us, if you post it in step by step process and with photographs (if you can)
