Tools needed:
10 mm rings/socket spanner to remove engine belly.
8 mm spanner to remove drain bolt.
Coolant Quantity - 1 liter
Motul Motocool - 425/liter
Coolant tank
Radiator Cap
1. Remove engine belly/guard. Six 10-mm bolts, 4 under the belly and 2 in front.
2. Locate the coolant drain bolt (down-facing 8-mm bolt), just above the oil filter. Remove it. Don't lose the copper washer.
3. Drain off the coolant. Loosen the radiator for quicker drain.
4. Flush off the radiator with running water. Wait for water to drain out completely.
5. Put back the drain bolt with the copper washer/gasket.
6. Fill up the coolant reservoir keeping the radiator cap intact, but in loosened position (for quicker filling), till level reaches between MIN/MAX.
7. Tighten the radiator cap.
8. Warm up the engine and wait a minute after switching off the engine. Now there will be drop in reservoir level. Top it up to just below the MAX marking. Repeat if required.
