DIY gear shifter rubber for less than $1

  • DIY gear shifter rubber for less than $1

    Materials:
    1. chair leg rubber, you can buy this in any hardware stores



    2. Shrink tubes, you can buy these in any electronics hardware


    Instructions

    1. cut the rubber tube and fit in the metal shifter, Its ok if the rubber breaks



    2. Cut a shrink tube and insert in the rubber tube



    3. Using a match or lighter apply heat in the shrink tube until it shrinks, you can add more shrink tubes until its thick.



    4. The end result

        I was thinking something like this.. I am unable to use my formal shoes and costly casual shoes for this reason..
