hello dsg!
i bought a axo boot online on july 2nd order no. being 2661. however i found my boot lil tight so i sent it for size exchange in weeks time!
and since i hav been getting in contact with u ppl by mails and via phone! first they said they had already sent ! when i asked for the docket no. they failed to give me one! on my repeated enquiry they said that they have sold the shoe that i had sent for replacement! it has been two months and i am still waiting!
plz get back to me soon on this!

I stumbled upon some websites on googling and found that the boots are retailing at a price of 165 USD. Even some websites are offering a discount upto 135 USD which in both case is cheaper than the discounted price you are quoting. I have attached some links:-

There can be tons of reasons for a company to offer discount and it's not possible for us to answer WHY Amazon offered a 18% discount compared to Kneedraggers. Amazon would be the right guys who can answer this question for you.

We checked your links and the most probable reason to us seems that as Amazon website shows a last piece available in stock, they might be offering this last piece at discount to liquidate it before their fresh stocks arrive.

Arrey baba, these boots are imported and hence the importer (planet dsg in this case) has to pay custom duty, tax, freight charges, etc. etc. on the shipment which pushes the cost of the boots up. Naturally it'll be more expensive than the prices in USA.

If you go to Amreeka and buy indian products dont expect to shell out indian prices for it...

Launched in India through Planet DSG. DSG is the official importer, retailer, reseller for this product. @DSG, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I dont think anyone else sells them here at the moment.

Importing and selling does not mean launched i guess...(m not sure)
I mean previously when R1 was not launched in India
Some people still imported them and sold it
but it was called Launched only when the company showroom started selling them..

Launching means introducing the product in our market. every product imported into country even as small as a Pen attracts import duties. In case of these boots, the total import duties are in range of about 42%

Did u know that even the courier/freight cost paid upto India is applied same import duties as the product.

btw one of my friend told me that all the import duties are levied on products upto 25k
