      its called the Single sided swing-arm like all BMWs, 1987 Honda RC-30 & Ducatis. wherein a single swing-arm located on the left side of the bike. the chain sprocket, disk brake unit will be fitted on the swing-arm itself. the wheel is bolted to the swing-arm through a single nut like a race car wheel, which enables quick replacements of the rear wheel. u can clearly see it in the picture that the right section of the swing-arm is not there! this guy really is a genius. this bike deserves to be posted in the modification thread.
      @ sonu_buell can u plz gimme his location & details?

            I don't know if this will be of much help or not but such single sided swing-arm are pretty common among many RE-to-chopper mod jobs done in India(Which I have always found quiet baffling). I guess you should find someone within similar area of expertise, they might know it well.

                    Those alloys looks very similar to made in china for electric cycles. hope they dont go kaput under heavy braking
