          Routine checkup. Actually real reasons will be either it is monthend or time to fill up quota. In any case, it is specifically written in motor vehicle act that a uniformed police can stop you and you have to stop.

                  Originals of the PUC/ Emission certificate, & photocopies of insurance, road tax, registration (photocopy of RC Book. If smart card then has to be original I guess).
