rtr = maybe, R15? i don't think so. Its a COMPLETE track machine and saw too many people dragging knee on it

If you are scrapping toes on sportsbike, you are doing it wrong. Balls of your feet on the inside pegs to start with and read/watch some body position videos if thats the case or look for better rearsets if body position is good in your opinion.
If you are scrapping toes on any other, probably its limitation of the machine... you can raise the rearsets above and behind but you will reach machines limitation at one point as well (tyres/suspension/geo etc)

I have seen few videos on youtube about riding position for good cornering.I guess we should lean more than the bike so that we can go through the corner faster with a greater exit speed(not sure on this please correct me if I am wrong ).oh and one more thing, we need good riding gear if we want to take corners the right way! But I guess there is no harm in trying to scrap foot peg just for a fraction of a second

I have never been able to scrap the foot peg of my hunk I guess the foot peg is too high.

P.S:guess my riding position is terrible

I will say you are going in right direction. The more you hang off, the less bike leans. The less bike leans, the bigger tyre contact patch you have, the bigger contact patch you have, more throttle you can apply, more throttle you can apply...well you know from here...

From your picture: Its not too bad but you can make it more effective by following below (Refer to my signature before following anything i am writing as they do differ in Indian situations unless you are on track)
1: Legs: Lock your outside knee(in this case your right) on the Tank so you can use that as a pivot point. how much you can lock it, depends on the bike and grip of your gear with the tank. This will relax the pressure on the bar helping you to corner better.
2: Put your balls of feet on the inside pegs (left leg in this case)
3: Drop your head where your mirror should be. and lead with your head, not with your shoulder.
            4. Take your fingers out of front brakes (unless you are really trail braking there which doesnt look like you are) If you stab it in panic, its going to stand up and go straight. If you ever need to use brakes(while cornering), use rear cautiously till you are upto the level of really fast guys.
5: Get your chest closer to tank. Gets you going with the bike.
6: Look ahead and where you need to go. Turn in, apex, exit...
6: Practice on dry roads on open corers and go up slowly. Dont do everything together and see what each change does before you go for another one. Get your pressure right before you start thinking about leaning it. Get good tyres which can maintain grip on sides. Have a clear road and get some gear.

Most of the above applies to sports but you can try it on hunk as well till the machine (specially tyres)and your skill allows...
There is no harm in accidental scrapping pegs until the bike pivots over it and throws you in the air.... hence the reason on some of the pegs you will see hero knobs (rounded/flexible bolts) below which help in not getting stuck...

Thanks for the quick reply!!!!Started saving for new gears and planning for a track-day in near future, will definitely tryout the changes in the body position which you have mentioned

                This is true.

The footpeg is too high on any sports bikes(i know hunk is not) so it won't touch the ground when you lean. The hunk's footpegs are where it should be for a relaxing ride. i'd say don't try to lean on that bike a lot because it doesn't have soft compund tyres, good c.o.g, good suspension(read monoshock) etc.. basic leaning is fine but fast knee dragging is not reccommended IMO.
