Nope is isnt! And as a matter of fact neither does '09-R1. I talked to officials at orion motors in Bangalore and it seems the 09-R1 will be here only by August'09 !!

But I believe D-Modes are the way forward, because 180BHP motorcycles are scary even for experienced riders. In the next few years, I believe most of the superbikes will have either D-Mode or traction control !
Kawasaki Ninja : Because lazy sunday afternoons should be despatched at 160 kmph!!!
Hyosung Aquila : Because sometimes you need to look cool while riding at 40 kmph and you can do that only on a cruiser !!!

so which sbk can survive under my cruelty, and BTW ducati is way of the range its hell lot costly

i doubt there is any bike in the market which would survive your treatment.
can you tell me again why are you looking for a bike?!?!?!?!?

So it does seem like they have reduced their prices then. Anyway, where did you get this price list from?

                • a sincere request dude.....plz don't abuse the SBK (if u ever buy it) like this..

they are to be loved, taken care of and respected. please don't treat them like that....

and do all of us a favour, please don't compare a SBK with an activa. if you are happy with not servicing your activa n ab-using it the way you do, then why are u thinking of changing it???

Dude, you actually did this ?? What is troubling me though is that you are telling this with a sense of pride and accomplishment !!

Well, you'd be really really dumb to treat an SBK like that after spending upwards of a million rupees !! SBKs are pretty well buit and last long, but remember, a modern SBK is tuned very extreme and working at the pinnacle of technology. They will bail out on you with such abuse, and not to mention throw you to the tarmac !!

Also, one wheel of an SBK will cost more than an entire activa, so all the abuse will come back to bite you anyways !!

i know SBK are a thing to be loved and not to be abused and i also know there is no comparison between an activa or a SBK .
i know when in near future i will own a SBK i will try my level best to keep it in tip-top shape but if by any chance i am not able to care for it i want it to take care of itself and it doesnt become dump.
and i did not wishfully didn't got my active serviced for soo long ,it was because whenever i thought i would take it to get serviced i had some or the other problem(i know it is hard to belive) .

Buddy you don't have to say sorry to me. If you really mean it, I'd suggest go out, and say sorry to the Activa!! Seriously , I mean it!

And its not about owning an SBK or Activa. If you care for you machine and maintain her, she will reward you with years and years of service and fun !!

They will work. Curious are you planning on having the 220 stand still for extended periods? or Bajaj's world class electricals are giving you issues already?

Works like a charm. I have it on my P180 every night, because my RR unit blew out and the battery isn't getting charged through the alternator. Need to replace the part soon though..

It's one of the cheapest and most useful things to have around. Got one from the US for about $20, but you'll find a cheaper one here itself. Should be around 350 bucks or so.

But where can we get that in India? Recently my battery was discharged somehow, and I had to get it re charged outside !
If we can get something like that for 350 bucks, it'd be well worth the money !!
