The images were too sexy to be displayed, the models in those pics happens to be known faces and they thought it was an intrusion to thier privacy.. so we are respecting it bynot posting it here...

BTW 5 days for January... so looks like the sprint is "exhausted" of its sprint and taken a break!

PS: a lot of things are better said unsaid

          Known faces? Well ...

As long as it has the Discover's engine as base, nothing can go wrong.
The only point where it can go all wrong is if Bajaj puts 4 gears in it (again). Just like they always do with the Discover.

Just wait for some more time and we will even find people saying the new XCD will be an XCD 220 DTS-SFI bike based on an engine sourced from kawasaki ninja.

People can cook up any kind of cr*p i must say

Well, after 125 and then 150 leakage, The 135 DTS Si is finally here from Jan 21!

and the claimed mileage was 60-75 kmpl. Seems Bajaj will give "Realistic" mileage figures from now on, after that consumer court about the Scooter that gave 34 kmpl.

Still, XCD 135 filled the gap very well for a Commuter 135, I wonder what would be Discover 135's destiny??

According to me, the Discover 135 DTSi is a different kind of bike for a different kind of customer.

The Discover 135 still makes around 13.5 Ps (not sure about the exact specs) which is more than the 10.4 Ps of the XCD 135 DTS-Si.. Also the engines are different.. one is DTSi (Performance + Mileage) and the other a DTS-Si (More for Mileage)

In that case, they should revise the Discover 135 with economic but good looking stuff like rear set footpegs, split seats, etc. to match it's "revving" image ...

But then, maybe even the P150 & P180 should have got it by now ...

So, you are right about that 13.5 PS. Only fault is that Bajaj left the good stuff for 200+ .

Actually the XCD 135 DTS-Si is quite loaded for an entry level bike (price range of the XCD 135 is comparable to Splendors and Passions)

Have a look at the screenshots taken from a vid of the XCD 135 on YouTube..

                              Those turn indicators look good.
