This digital console ( I think its from the new discover) Is better than the earlire XCD's console.

But I dont get it. Why do Bajaj people release the same engine sized bikes? I'm talking about the Discover 135 and the XCD 135. Both are 135cc. Why do they need two bikes with the same engine size?
The platina was recently launched with a 125cc DTS-Si engine[from an XCD i guess].

    What are they upto?

Next we will hear Discover 150 DTS-i being launched. Then what about the p150??

But then, maybe even the P150 & P180 should have got it by now ...

So, you are right about that 13.5 PS. Only fault is that Bajaj left the good stuff for 200+ .
When the UG3 was launched I was so hoping bajaj to atleast provide rearsets. But damn. They didnt.

BTW Bajajs Headache is that they wanna prevent thier Loss

Now the Market Mantra is Lower CC engine with Higher Racing Looks........

But Bajaj has implemented all thier Racing Looks to thier Higher CC Engines....

So they are showing lat of gratitudes towards thier New Bikes....

BTW HONDA was the only Manufacturer who gave us a Stunning All Racing Featured bike with an 125cc engine....( Half Fairing - Rear Sets - Tubeless - Split Seats)

But as far as Bajaj thuy have implemented these things in only Thier Higher CC Bikes such as 200 and 220....

So if to increase sales and if they implement these things in thier Lower CC Engines thier Higher End Bikes will get a lot of Downstakes.....

So thats the fear that Bajaj is in .... and thats the reason thay are dwelling two bikes in the same CC Category to play as a same page in what Hero Honda is playing ---- That means So many Options.......

And this is the reason why HONDA Occupies Indian Market - both in forms of Hero Honda and in HMSI

Bajaj once an Performer - now the market requirements made them SICK.....

Had the market bought just 150 cc and above bikes, all the makers would then be selling only 150 cc and above bikes.

These bike makers just produce what the customer want. That's why the Stunner got 5 gears and the ZMA like Half fairing (with just 11 PS).. whereas the Unicorn didn't get the fairing

Does this mean this bike is replacing the 135 finally?? I can only pray it gets a 5-speed gear box

Saw the XCD ad today, pretty impressive from what i saw from the ad it seems that the 125/135 segment has really been raised in terms of standard what with all the goodies like disc brakes, digi console, snazzy rear lights, 5 speed gearbox (though this honour goes to the Glady 125)

Guys, I saw an automobiles program on Sunday, and a rather frustrated journalist was blasting Bajaj quite badly after riding it...

He was saying that Gearbox is very clunky, performance is no different from XCD 125, and there are vibrations at 50+ speeds. Bajaj is trying to hide engine shortcomings with additional stuff like digi-meters, etc. but it's not going to work ...

Also said design is not "very sporty" by today's standards... (huh!)

That journalist can't notice anything great about the bike. He said XCD 125 was better overall ...

Personally, I'll take his words with a pinch of salt. He ain't the ultimate decider, is he?

surprising....people are discussing so much about an ad!!!!

An ad doesn't make ur motorcycle good or bad....so stop drooling over it, if someone is!!! In the end, the bike has to be good enough, and by the looks of it, it stands no where against Stunner and gladi....digi-meter/LED lights or not!!! heh....it looks like a mosquito!!!
