Dude, save some bucks and get a RC ffe. It seems more practical. And i don't think you can use any of those exhaust for your pulsar220.

Joel Exhaust for the P220 costs a fraction of the price quoted here. The reviews are also extremely good. You might want to try that one.

MAN!!! Guess you are just too young. Go to karol Bagh for a Good Exhaust! Contradictory statement, dude. Unless "good exhaust" means loud noise making tin can made with 0 research, those suitable for kiddos experiencing puberty & growth of hair (you got it, right ) & want to experience adulthood instead.

Anurag, take this as an advice, first of all, rx100.7050 is old enough ( well if you are really 14 years old ) so it would be better to refer him as " Sir ". And SMS lingo is not at all allowed so please take care from the next time.

To the thread starter, contact joel and ur wishes would be answered

                    Nice question

I have only one question, how do you plan on fitting an exhaust system that was designed for a multi-cylinder bike onto your pulsar

Do you plan to seal off the other exhaust manifolds???
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a Ride!' -Hunter S. Thompson

Bhai saab... no need for "Sir". He should just understand that am an "old" member & what am trying to say is beneficial.

Anurag: Do refrain from sms lingo in the forum please. I have seen people fitting on 2 exhaust (1 just a show off) onto their bikes. A silencer weighs around 6-10 kilos. Adding an useless feature onto the bike is just a waste. Similarly, show-off exhaust from any shop will harm the bike let alone giving any kind of performance boost.

                            Modified original exhaust 220 Pulsar

A cheap & very nice alternative exhaust is to find a competent mechanic/fabricator to modify your original. I had a fabricator drill out all the rivets on my original muffler & disassemble, cut the original baffle off & weld in a baffle the same size as the exhaust pipe, install new fiberglass packing, & reassemble using stainless rivets. The end result is a very nice deep growl, increased bottom end torque, & a system that police don't even look at since it looks original. I don't use the little reducer at the end of the pipe that is held in with 1 allen screw except when going thru cities with a modified muffler ordinance. Total cost for parts & labor was less than 30 US$. Make sure you replace the fiberglass packing or it will be loud & obnoxious sounding.
