Re: High Security Number Plate
Yes my friend. Before sending the regn docs to the RTO, the dealer offered me to choose between a regular plate (Rs.150) and the HS plates (Rs.400). Needless to say, I chose the regular ones.Originally posted by rx100.7050 View Post

Re: High Security Number Plate
Is the HSRP mandatory in New Delhi/NCR ? Cops hardly notice the plates as they are busy checking the docs in pickets . Lets say I do not put the HSRP plates....what would possibly be the implications ?Originally posted by rx100.7050 View PostYou opted?? Are you allowed to opt between HSRP and normal plate? I don't think so. Check the invoice.
It's upon every state authority's conviction on how they want to handle it.
Also a question a bit off topic.....where can I find good bungy cords for tying luggage in New Delhi/NCR and how much will be the approx price ?Last edited by SidharthaN; 05-01-2013, 04:45 PM.

Re: High Security Number Plate
Had the number plate stickering done...however the lacklustre attitude of the dealer is not helping in speeding things up for the HSRP. I had filed a complaint on the bajaj website. A guy called me and asked me the situation and replied he would look into the situation. The next day I find a sms indicating my request has been closed, however I did not see any action.......the dilemma is I am awaiting a trip because of the HSRP. Should I just carry on since am not sure about the response time ???
