Good choice yo did with RC parts, but you will only reap the full benefits after you change the exhaust, and also have the head ported, and then fit a bigger carb.

Something, however, which I do not understand, is this desire of every single one who does these mods on this same bike to open his own thread...??!?!? We have here one thread to which are invited to participate all those with modified FZ, FZ-S and Fazers. Why not re-group the information and get it all under one single roof instead of having it diluted all over the forum, making people talk about the same thing in multiple threads.

Moderators?????

I would like to know the exact valve clearance for the 180 big bore because when i took it to service center and asked them to adjust to 6 and 8 they told it will cause over heating of engine moreover the 153 cc itself need 12 and 18 respectively so 180 will require more I am confused now and require your Help here
