The bike still looks a bit too puny compared to the Discover!

If given a choice I would still go for the discover.

          The bike surely looks puny.

But it looks pretty neat in flesh atleast compared to XCD 125.

            Simply Dissapointing

It's an out and out thumbs down from my side too!! pretty dissapointing, specially as compared to what was displayed in the Auto Expo, not sure if Bajaj is planning to bring another XCD 135 as XCD Sprint 135 DTS-i.

But if Bajaj is planning so, it would be a very wrong move, specially of having 3 different bikes, in the same capacity segement..... too much choice is also harmfull!!

I was specially dissapointed with the Engine specs of the XCD 135. Bajaj Discover is any time way better than XCD 135. Even the Yamaha Gladiator Type SS/RS has better specs than XCD 135.

I really did not expect this from Bajaj specially when they have the same person behind them, who gave India the mighty GOD Yamah YZF R1
Twist your wrist and feel the shift!!

Yes, compared to the earlier XCD, this looks better.

Yes, and also somehow that digital instrumentation "looks" sophisticated than the Pulsar's!

Bajaj desperately needs a winner in their hands... This is simply not the winner...

bajaj has been launchin new models... by stopping production of their not so old models... this clearly shows their desperation to pump up the sales of their bikes.. which has been falling drastically...

But I dont know.. how come HH is still able to sell their old designs... And people actually are buying them... they are simply blindfolded when it comes to buying bikes of other manufacturers...

Oh C'mon....its a commuter bike. Why we are expecting it to be something really it is not made to be? For me its a good bike for the commuter class. And with the additional styling it gives the lower class of the economic structure to flaunt some style too. I wud love to ride it instead any other stereotyped commuter class bike. And moreover Bajaj is at least giving out something stylish in a sub 150CC class.

Managed to get my hands on one. The engine is surely a plus point. It does have the characteristic sound of the other Bajaj bikes, but feels eager when revved. The bike is small though and wouldnt be appreciated by tall / bulky riders.
Being priced neck to neck with the likes of the Honda Shine etc, Bajaj might create dent in the sales of other manufacturers.

Bajaj always tries to break the ice but every time the "ICE" itself sodifies further.
With an strategy to dismantle the market for bikes lower than 150cc,but HH with its trusted/hated/out-sourced horizontal engines soldiers on & on !!!
HH has always been doing minor color changes to refresh models but atleast Bajaj transplant the whole engine into new bike and refresh with its newest identity.
Bajaj makes an impact for a time period which it wants to bank on but the consumers are yet to understand in the trust which Bajaj wants to implicate .
With Bajaj the users will never feel neglected in terms for VFM factor, if they understand.
