Would somebody provide the difference between those three spark plugs,
how does it make difference when compared to stock sparks.
    NGK Conventional
    NGK G-Power
    NGK Iridium IX

I heard that NGK Iridium is the best, please correct me if Iam wrong

And you actually expect a straight answer to that question? Hehehehe...

I'll say no. Somebody else will definitely say yes. And you will be back to where you started...

        Hondavings,

An iridium plug "may" give you a smoother power delivery, which will translate into lesser vibes at higher speeds. I have personally experienced this on my Machismo 500LB. But, since you own a Unicorn which already is extremely smooth, I am not sure whether you will feel any difference. When I dumped my mico bosch plug and got myself an ngk copper with veedol semisynth engine oil, my top end increased by about 5kmph. Now, I am running an NGK Iridium and this has definitely increased the smoothness of the power delivery, all across the rev range and vibes have gone down noticeably. Try the iridium if you don't mind spending the extra bucks. I have heard a lot of 150cc owners claiming better performance. So, it may work for you too.

              holy shit
today i took out my spark plug and tried to inspect it
it was completely dry and with rusty kind of deposition which got removed as i dragged my nails through dem
increased gap to 1 inche den back 2 where it was(can't measure just by guessing)
              den refitted it back
nw my bike is missing lik hell
rpm is dropping den rising den dropping den rising
              what have i done?
The Automotive batteries are designed to work best in a typical short start-stop fashion.
So to increase the life of your automobile battery, blow the horn and flash the pass light in a quick start stop fashion instead of a conitnuous long horn blow or flash light continuous on!!
And obviously don't stretch the self start far too long.

@hondawings : take it to authorised svc station and get it checked, spark plug gap is set using 'feeler' guage, don't guess anything, btw the gap would be 1mm not 1inch.

I have done something like you did for my bike.. it only screws up the performance. Should you experience such drop in rpm. I would suggest you change the spark plug and see. If you still experience problem then take it to service center.

By doing plug change, you either learn what to do and what not to do also would help saving some money by fixing all by yourself.

What is the Spark Plug replacement frequency for Unicorn, driven under normal city condition, with stock plug.

Actually I lost my owners manual , hence this query.

                      Sniper says

                      * The NGK CPR8EAGP-9 or the G-Power is the best spark plug available for the Unicorn.
                      * There is no Iridium yet for the Unicorn.
                      * The G-power & the Iridiums have a very fine central electrode which gives a much better spark than the stock plug. I know because I have an Spark Plug comparison machine.
                      * At Rs.200/- its hardly going to make your pocket any lighter. So why not choose the best.
