the original name for stunner / unicorn is much better. The 'stunner' is actually a very funny name. This bike turned out to be a biggest flop for honda.Comment

Coz by hearing someone's or something's name we create its picture in our mind.
Name should go along with power and styling as far as bikes are concernedComment

I feel that the name matters to a certain extent. But the first thing I would look into the bike is its performance. I wouldn't buy a bike merely because it has got a fancy name.Comment

No offence to anyone but "Hunk" is the worst possible name in my opinion. Maybe it depends on people's personalities, but I find the a bit too presumptuous and boastful.
Hunk: A sexually attractive man with a well-developed physique.
While most other bikes use adjectives for their names, this is an exception in the sense that it uses an adjective that is specifically and strictly used with a male man. I guess the idea was to project the thought that if you ride this bike you were a hunk!
No offence to the owners, but I find the idea a bit revolting and immodest but i guess that's what the general populace wants!
On a lighter note, the owners of Hunk should pause and think about this: They are astride a sexually attractive man with a well developed physique, rocking with every pothole and speedbreaker. I hope they really ride safe, coz god forbid, if they happen to fall, then it may happen, that for a brief moment, the hunk will be riding them! he he

I peronally like names which have both an alphanumeric code and a noun. Like GSX 1300 r HAYABUSA . Maybe DT220S pulsar i.
It is strictly my personal opinion that I find the name Hero Honda funny and their bike names homosexual (Apart from CBZ). Seriously: Splendor???? glamor????, Karizma???????????????????HYPERTHRUST CLEARED AND COUNTING

ANyway, glad that i could give you some laughs....and get some in return too...the periods situation was pretty hillarious... I agree with you, it's completely ok to give manly names to bikes. What I find wrong with the name in question are the connotations that the word carries. I feel it's not suitable for a product that is supposed to be bought by guys. But then I guess it's just my opinion. To each his own I guess... Florina 250.....The name paints quite an imagery! what wopuld florina 250 look like? Flowers and frill design, in some fancy feminine colors like fuschia and the like which i have only heard of and have no idea what they look like...funny!Comment
