So HID came with warranty ? Wat is the relay that you have used ? is it a dual headlamp relay ? I have used one such dual headlamp relay (from roots) in my palio ... planning to do the same for my 220 as well ..

So, I shall now save up for a good HID and save ur contact coz i m also in blore .. he he
I have used a normal Solid State relay, used in PCB. See the pic attached in the first post. BTW you can contact me on 9844167129

      Hats off to you.

I would love to meet you sometime and see the light and blind myself

Will give u a call sometime during weekends, hope you will be free

How much did the relay cost? What should i ask in shop for the relay? Any specific name? And in JC Road which shop?
Sorry for too many questions and also if you have already answered and if i have missed it
Coming to B'lore? Do meet me. Ask for Solid State, miniature relay. Check the pic attached in first post. Get the relay from SP Road. I bought the HID kit from Car-N-Style.

I will buy relay if i can save to buy HID's else putting twin beam on halogen will murder my battery.

            @Rahul: One Quick Question Mate.

I believe that HID works on 35W each, so it not going to make any much difference to the coil, however if we do it on the stock 220's lights.. that is for 55w each, how would that do..?
            HID is an expensive deal,Mann!

Moreover i am just thinking what shall i do.??

on which evver bike I will buy.. LOL..that is why you are being bugged repeatedly.

Even if HID is 35W, it won't affect anything. Infact it's good for the bike as battery will consumed less, especially when you are below 2K RPM.

HID is the way to go of you can..

NO!! What i meant to ask was...

Your Coil produces current to support 1 * (55W) [High Beam] / 55W [Low Beam]

                You are using 2 * (35w + 35w)

What if I connect the stock lamps in the same way..
                what if 2 * (55W + 55W)..??

^^will it affect the reflector, if there is any on the 220?
for eg. 100watt bulb cant be used for too long on a stock MFR due to the heat.(then again urs is much more forgiving on ur headlamps.)

Oh, got it wrong! Well as Abhi put it..., in a more technical way, your battery will be getting discharged faster than it would charged.

Using both the beams till 55W each won't be a problem, but i'm sure installing a 100W bulb would damage the reflector, and may even affect the Projector's lens.
