Nice review, very very well written, this review atleast tells that my signature is true to some extent.

    Long live the RD.

very nice write up.. enjoyed reading it.. had got a chance to ride a RD which i borrowed from my friend a few years back.. had it with me for 3 days and those 3 days were sleepless nights for me as i would wait for the dawn to climb on the bike and ride ride ride.. RD SURE ROCKS TILL DATE.

      LONG LOVE THE RD.

20 bhp vs 30+ bhp IS kinda unfair.
But a really nice article though.

I tell ya man that 220 looks sooo sweeet in that 1st pic.

Superbly written article with nice pics. Felt like I was reading a bike magazine. Although, I won't say much about how fair it is to compare but appreciate it since there is always a question about fastest Indian and RD350 can not be ignored at all. Both have their thumbs ups & downs.

I would like to own both of them. For a classy ride with the gang RD350 will be the choice while for the uber-cool-urban dude...P220 is the one.

Loved the article !!! Well done.

I believe a well maintained RD will still (b)eat the Ninja. I may be wrong.

              P.S.: Nice article though..would love to read a ZMR, 220 DTS-i, R15, Ninja comparo.

i am also a big fan of the RD ....... though could not lay my hands on one yet .. but own a 220 ...
the rules have changed since the RD days ....... the bikes have evolved much to be commuter friendly machines ... my idea of RD is Raw power Delivery machines ..... found very nice articles on wikipedia on RD's ........ RD has very rich history behind .... Race Developed they call it .....

comparing RD n 220 looked much unfair .......
its like comparing R15 with 100 cc bike .........

The Rd which recently won the deccan 1/4th mile drag in hyd, at the exit speed of 171kph in 400 meters would be fun along with the ninja ...

Umm common, the ninja is still 100CC short of the RD, besides its said the output of a 2stroke is doubled wen u compare it to the 4 stroke bikes, so guys common plz, dont ever run a 2stroke comparo witha 4 stroke, they both have very very different qualities and machinery. I wonder why BS themselves did this comparo, its not fair at all. pitch the Rd against a decent honda 400 or the likes of that not the 220 or ninja or zmr
