Ok, I'm not very well-versed with the MC8. What I wanted to know was does it work the same as GPS units or is it just a digital add-on for the speedo? Does it improve accuracy to 99.99% compared to about 5-10% error of the stock analog speedos? I thought this was one of the most needed add-ons. Something which counts your Quarter Miles,0-60s, top speed and maybe additional features such as trip-meter etc.. Does it do all these?
    Please shed some light
    Thank you.
If u pu-in the exact circumference of your front wheel, it sure will give you accurate readings.

    It even captures-
    1. Top-Speed attained.
    2. Average velocity.
    3. Time taken.
    4. Got a trip meter.
    5. Measures total distance.
    6. Has a clock.
    7. a Trip timer also.

So you mean to say it has nothing to do with GPS. ok. About the features I think they're unbelievable for 1500 bucks! But what I really need is 0-60 times. I guess they might have other models which do.
And about the pHat tyre, Couldn't it be because of its weight and not just because of its grippiness?

It weighs as much as the Zapper / if not a bit more......

                  Its not all that fat dude.....Its just a 110 section....not a foolish 140....

So, it has to be the soft rubber doing the trick...

and abt other models, i got a reply from SigmaSport that MC8 has'nt exactly seen the light of production fully except for some.....Wonder how i got it !!!

All they have on the net are the BC1600~800~400 models....
