              hi rajnish
i sure dont hav too much experience running jets.....not as much as u do.....but the 26mm 97.5 thing really works........and CV's are suckers to jet......u can play with a normal carb much more easily than a cv....actually even i am planning to change my carb to a rd carb.....will make my life much easier..........how much do u think will a stock rd carb cost???

dear rash don't go for a rd carb.too many inlet points to close.get a bullet 500 28 mm carb.will work well i think.rd's carbs r not avaliable, also have 2t inlet and a balance pipe opening which need closing to work on a 4 st.also with a smaller carb u may get some grunt initially at low revs but it will fade with rpm as carb will starve the engine of fuel at high rpm.so best is a bigger venturi carb which provides good fuel supply.get a wire mesh filter and put a thin foam sheet around it.try using this along with a bigger carb.also can try to make the head hold more mixture by shaving it a bit.with increased comp.and bigger carb/free flow air u r probably in for higher performence.next a high lift cam-valve setup with a polished head.

folks' dont think jettin can always help. if your engines runnin lean (throttle wide open) then it would make sense to jet up. you are only gonna have your mixture ratio richer. youll need to improve the air inflow to maintain the ratio. i believe the air filter/box for the mains are like the air screws for the pilots.

think of NOS. its more of providin oxygen than hyrdro carbons.

ya there was a guy from maharashtra who claimed a nos kit for a cbz.and local gas sourcing etc, etc.not here any more i think.go to rddreams.chinoy has got a air shifter kit which is just like a nos kit.not practical in india.and jetting not needed till u feel bike is starving for fuel.and then too in 4 st will work best with free flow filter and a good exhaust setup.

the cbz guy said here he has his exams.so let's see when he's back.laughing gas is hard to find.and i'm sure cbz will pop open on a nitrous dose.no idea of k&n in b'bay.in delhi avaliable in karol bagh.many duplicate r there too so have to be care ful.without jet change free flow filter won't help.pulsers have small jets.
