guys how fast here do we shift to girly squabbles...this topic started off as something interesting and after a few posts it turns into who beat who's bike....some people here gotta get on themselves............5 pages of posts in a topic and most of it is bloody ****in ego defending........
      anyways

this is an appeal to all sensible people.....if u wanna litter make a seperate topic and junk it as much as u want.....this way those who are serious bike lovers and need to know something will know where to go and the girls also can hav their gossip parties with peace...

            hi rohit...
its not the carb to blame......if u pressurise the airbox then u hav to make sure that the pressure in the fuel bowl is not atmospheric......
cos if the drop in the venturi remains more than atm cos now u hav a pressurised air box then fuel will not be lifted out properly....insufficient pressure drop.....simple cure for this is that u connect the float bowl breather hose to the airbox from where the air goes to the carb...this way the fuel bowl will hav the air box pressure rather than atm.
again ram air isnt useless on a CV...only its harder to tune right since the damn slide is vacuum controlled

use a slide carb and good air dams for ram induction.suzuki uses a lot of this.and yes venturi should have more pressure or bike will perform below normal.
