        Bike:- Yamaha FZ-S

Run In way:- Sometimes Hard sometimes soft

Fuel efficiency (mileage/average):- This bike is doubtful about its own mileage figures.. sometimes it gives 35 mileage sometimes it gives 45 mileage sometimes 40.. in the starting I used to get 30 mileage.. later with mileage tuned and performance mix I started getting 40.. and now not ripping the bike gives 45.. means at the speed of 50-60 on 5th gear..

        0-60:- 5 seconds.. Stock..

Top End:- Again bike is confused about its own top end sometimes it crosses 120 and sometimes it doesn't go above 116.. I have done 125 on speedo once though...

        IF HARD RUN IN

Season of Initial kms:- no idea..

            Bike:- Zma-R

Run In way:- Max 4k RPM for first 1000kms.

            Fuel efficiency (mileage/average):- 45-50 kmpl

            0-60:- Dont know

            Top End:- dont know

Current status: Done approx. 15.5K so far and still rearly goes beyond 5k RPM . No engine parts replaced. Now changing oil(synthetic) @ 3-4k. No top-up ever required till date. Oil never seem to decrease. Zero problems. First attempt always starts (with choke in winter). Haven't noticed any performance difference since day one - only smoother now.

0-60:- Not sure. Inital days used to feel faster. Now a lot of lag in initial torque.

Top End:- Faster than any Pulsar 150 i Have driven. 130 kmph(on speedo, while dragging side by side with P200). But someday it doesnt go more than 120 on speedo. No mods done.

Season of Initial kms:- Winter. i mean dec.

                        Bike: suzuki GS150R

Run in method: as per manual, below 4.5k for 800km, below 6k till 1600km, (i touched 8-9k only after 3.5k kms on odo)

Fuel efficiency: 53-55kmpl upto 3.5k kms odo(sane riding), after ripping for a week or so, it doesnt seem to give more than 48kmpl even with sane riding.

                        0-60: never measured

top end: havent crossed 95, (b'lore roads )

actually i didn't exactly understand what's "hard" run in
but as a comparison i can say pulsar dts-i
                          till 1st servicing(650 kms)
                          topspeed:-80 kmph(very rare)
                          fuel efficiency:- 35kmpl
gearing shifting always at 3500 RPM
and i never tried a 0-60 fast pick up then
                          after 1st sevicing
                          topspeed:140 on the speedo
fuel efficiency:-41.3(i usually still continue gear shifting at around 3500-4000RPM as i heard it not only gives better efficiency but also engine life is enhanced)
                          0-60:-below 5 seconds surely(sometimes usually aaramse)
season:-can call it winter(jan feb)but truly it has ceased to exist

                            Bike:-Tvs Fiero F2 2004

Run In way:- Hard (mostly in rains)

Fuel efficiency (mileage/average):- 35-38 kms per litre.

0-60:- never checked, but surely not impressive.
but its faster in roll on timings 30-70.

                            Top End:- 100 true speed
speedo shows around 118 max at 7.5 rpm

                            Current status:

done 51K and bike is very very impressive in mid range. but quite bad with brakes both front and rear and cornering is also not stable.
runs the best in rains since it only has 4 gears and does not exceed 7.5 rpm so it performs best wen the conditions are wet.

i like to ride it hard it gives lot of speed wobbles and brakes are terrible but still it makes riding other bikes a piece of cake
since i weigh only 48kgs my bike is the best performing fiero f2 out there (except joel's).
Giving a lot to a fiero.
Expecting a lot from a fiero.

Fuel efficiency (mileage/average):- Varying from 33-39

Top End:- 122 Top till now ..ran into traffic

Bike:- Pulsar 150 DTS-i (UG3) {One of the first few digital pulsar's sold in pune)

Run In way:- Strictly According to Owners manual

Fuel efficiency (mileage/average):- Originally-50-55 kmpl, Now-40-45 kmpl. Although decrease in mileage is due to change in my riding style. earlier on highway my average speed used to be 70 kmph now its around 90-95 kmph. And my weight has increased from 75 kgs to 95 kgs.

                                0-60:-(If available) Never measured.

Top End:- 112 kmph ( My weight is 95 kgs)

Season of Initial kms:- I purchased the bike in December, so its winter i guess.

Details:- After around 18000 kms or roughly 9 months after my acquisition, i had a terrible accident in rainy season. u guys can check the pics in my albums. i got 13 fractures all over my body and was bed ridden for 5 months. my doctor said i will never be able to ride a bike again in my life. but i proved everybody wrong. see i m here writing this post... anyway thats history. my bikes chassis was broken in two parts, front forks, front rims, headlamp/meter bcu assembly, tank, crash gaurd, saree gaurd etc etc were broken. total cost of revamp came to rs. 29000/= i had some very fond memories with this bike, so i got it repaired as i had insurance, still i had to pay 9000 rs from my pocket. only part which remained unhurt in the accident was the engine/gear box assembly and my left leg. so the bike was up and running in about the same time as i was ready.....happy riding for around 12000 kms when my bike started consuming oil and had to replace block piston, had to repair crank, etc etc cost 9000 rs. till now running fine. the bike feels little rough now and the smoothness is gone. now the acceleration and top end is not what it used to have...but that may be due to my increased weight (75 kgs to 95 kgs) and conversion to full DC for HID which puts additional stress on engine.

total kms done = 58000 kms ( 3 years approx.) out of which 5 months both me and my bike were njoying complete bed rest...

now planning and saving to buy a Ninja.
