Small correction ani: it 'might' work on bike's without bar-ends/with movable bar-ends if you put your palm on there constanty. But if the bar-end is fixed, you can take you hand off the throttle (not recommended ) and the throttle will slip back a little, then hold it for some time untill the throttle cable's elastic movement to zero throttle takes it back. The weights help fixing the CB since it grips to it on the outer side, while inner side holds the accelerator grip.

@Sarvajit: you can always move to bigger non-Yamaha bar ends, but you wouldn't want to affect the handling.

Cramp Buster is NOT meant to be speed holder as in automatic cruise control. It has only one purpose, to remove the burden of constant holding the accelerator by allowing the rider to control speed by his palm. After installing the cramp buster, your accelerator works exactly as ever, just that you push it by palm, thus greatly reducing the pain in hand and fingers by constant holding and twisting of accelerator.

I have placed order of 3 cramp busters. The shipped price to Pune is going to be less than Rs.550 for sure, with the hope that customs doesn't shove its nose in the deal. I am updating the names on the first post.

I have the accessory bar ends, which rotate very freely!

          This product seems interesting.

Can I get one for myself. I have a Pulsar 150CC with the default stock handle bar, handle weights etc.

          Should probably fit.

one question though, can u still move the accelerator without using the Crampbuster or is it that once installed, you will have to depend on the crampbuster for your acceleration needs?

I am waiting for the first set. If it comes smooth without any customs hessles (which mostly it will), then only will do such antiques!

Time to close this thread! The two cramp busters are now doing their jobs with felix.raghav and aargee, both in Chennai.

A tip for many who couldn't get crampbusters in this order. Order it directly from ebay.com. Three crampbusters delivered together cost least. Pay using CC or HDFC netsafe. Just use yahoo USDINR rate and create that much amount's net safe card. You will be charged some 2.5% of that amount extra.

The only risk in this is of customs. But as the package is small, the chance of getting stuck at customs is very less. I wish many tourers get this wonderful accessory, the best 550-600rs you can spend on your bike!
