A good blowtorch burning thru the side panel, and then disconnecting the battery. Thats what i can think off.

( the blow torch can be portable too )

Bike thefts have become one of the biggest cause of concerns for us motorcyclists. I still remember my P200 getting stolen, but thankfully it was recovered by the "swift" Delhi Police within 24 hours, amazingly!

I am not sure whether these central locking systems are full-proof or not. Inspite of additional installations like locks, central locking, etc., machines do get stolen! Darn!
          :)

How can I connect a charger to my bike's battery?

Why dont you ask your cousin to get this bike back through the same minister?

                                That is not GPS,
Its the same thing you are talking about a cellular device which only acts as a pager,
will be installed in your vehicle and will give the update of where is the vehicle.
