  • [HELP]p150 balance & wheel wobling problem

my p150 [20 months old] is having a balance problem when ever i turn either left or right it seems that the wheel truns few secs after my truning the handle. .. feels like something is loose in the front wheel , will there be anything like bushes in the front wheel just like rear wheel , so i need to check them. Bike always tends to go right side when ever i pass through a pit or split in the road. i changed the rear bushes recently , front kone set, fork throwing done even then i don't feel comfortable in the ride. also front wheel whoble when i leave the handle free. also i feel there might be a problem with front discs as they make some rubbing sound on the go..

guys please suggest the solution i really miss the fun i earlier had on my baby.
on 4 wheels u feel the speed after a crash, 2 wheelers are much more advanced

The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

      Try This....

I am not a mechanic or an expert but just like to advise a few basic things.

First put the bike on main stand, rotate the front wheel and notice the movement of the wheel sideways. Does it wobble???
When the wheel is stationary try to shake (only the tyre but hold the forks firmly at one place) it from left to right or vice versa and check if the wheel is moving, if its a yes then you will have to change the bearings.

Check the wheel for wheel out.

Check if there is any play in the cone set.
Check all nuts & bolts are tightened properly.

      I hope this helps out....

thanks for the reply i tried the following

play in cone set- bike on center stand , tried to move the handle right and left [not rotating , push movement] there is no play

front bearing- also checked for any movement in front wheel as said by you , it seems to be good

i suspect the disc brakes are holding front wheel tightly , ill disconnect the discs from front fork and then check for any play with front bearing and let you know..

few days back i applied rear brakes to slow down before speed breaker , it was raining and speed breaker has tiles before and after it... my rear wheel got locked and the whole bike was going to right side and it was almost parallel to my front wheel like L shape , 'l' being my front wheel and "_" being my whole bike.. ultimately i crashed .. this was beacause my bike always tends to go right side..

reason i said this , may be you can get more about the problem from this
mean while any other suggestions guys?
