Numerous reasons can be pointed out if a bike handles very strangely.

    1) if ur bike has a lot of vibrations, thats what the title of this thread told me, tighten up ur engine bolts. and every single bolt on ur bike.

    2) if it has handling issues, steering towards one side, blame the wheel alignment for it, secondly disc pads are wrong out in the wrong fashion, or the axle bolt has a problem.

    3) if the front tire is wobbling, cone set is the main reason to be checked, then comes rear tire and swing arm , lastly something that u wish to avoid is have a bend in the chassis.

    4) the rear tire wobbles, whole bike will wobble.

    5) adequate tire pressure, tire tread, good lubrication are some of the few things to be maintained.

    6) when u undergo a puncture, make sure the tube inside the tire is put in firmly and sits in place well.

    7) spoke on the wheels has to be tightened and irregularities have to be removed.

    8) just hope that alloy wheels don have irregularities.

      hello everybody.
I just got a brand new pulsar 220 from hyderabad probiking. From day one i have faced this stupid issue of wobbling aka Drilling machine problem. The handle was tightened and made adjustments, yet the problem persists. this happens at 50-60 kmph.

could u please help me out so as to what should i do. I am so fed up with this issue of wobbling i am not finding any means to sort it out. The mechanics there are not responding properly.

what Bull, not all pulsars are defective, when mass producing a bike there will definitely be small niggles, instead of encouraging the company to come out with better quality bikes you laugh at their work. you must be one of the people who couldn't buy a pulsar.

Man...!! Do you even consider 'civil decency' before you post at all?

Like RogueRider rightly pointed out, it's a defective machine within the lot and there are quite a few in all Indian bikes.

And for your consideration, the two-strokes are those that vibe, sound and tremble like an actual drill... but yet I love the RX for giving us the Ton experience when Four-strokes have taken decade+ to achieve the same.

Your love for two-strokes are shared by almost all avid Indian bikers, but I don't think that justifies your shoddy posting behavior.

Duh..according to my humble opinion, no ne can judge a bike's performance just by seeing it...u cant even tell whether the bike is defective untill and unless u ride it...

i did the riding part and there came the wobbling problem. Nut chill, its a new bike and will take some time to settle down. But that necessarily does not mean that all pulsars are like this. Its a beauty with itself, incomparable.

            peace

@everybody- please guys stop it..this is a forum where we stop other people's problems, not start problems with fellow bikers..please stop this niggle..whatever be everybody's opinions, please maintain the decency of the thread..

Regarding the drilling machine like shaking problem, i feel that the problem is carbon build-up in your engine..you must have gone through all the basic checks such as wheel misalignment and all, get this through too..also check your a/f ratio, you might be running rich causing the carbon build up really soon..take out the spark plug and post the pics..will help me pin-pointing the problem..

                    Dudes,
                    which thread is this?
ok anyways, there's one issue always in my mind,

What is the Quality certification of Bajaj products or any bike in India?

                    ISI mark?
                    Which authority validates these products?
We wouldn't need a forum if we all had same opinions, same thoughts, and same bikes..... Enjoy the difference.

Yep!!! Cannot buy an RX today, cannot fly a Biplane, cannot feed the dinosaurs and cannot imagine the world to be a flat table....

Look, most riders today respect the RXs, some respect the classic thumpers, but that doesn't get over the fact that it's an extinct species... I admire them, but they're not sustainable anymore...

Please refrain from posting such comments here.Post only if you have any valuable inputs. If you are trying to start a anti bajaj campaign here, I'm sure there will be a lot more people who'd pwn you. So just stick to the topic.

There's no question of affording to buy an RX as it is NOT sold anymore and in a 220F's price we can get 5 RX100's @15k each and in perfect running condition which means that just ONE RX will cost you just 15k and even if you want to make it stock it won't cost you more than a total of 80GRAND.So please don't exaggerate!
