    my Pulsar Shakes like drill machine

    Dudes,
    my Pulsar 150 2007 handle shakes horribly @ 50-60 kmph. i finished fork thorough, Alignment but these did not cure the fits.

    Please Help, what would be the reason?

      post your bike's kms done and engine overhauls if any??

        does it shake when you take off your hands from handle or it shakes even when hands on? i guess something wrong with the tyre, just put the bike on main stand and roll the front tyre and see whether it runs in straight line or has any deviations. If any deviations , might be it was not aligned properly after a puncture or new tyre , get it done with some puncture specialist .
        on 4 wheels u feel the speed after a crash, 2 wheelers are much more advanced

          thanks for responding dude..... and My bike, we have done some 25k change. engine did not have any major repairs. does engine cause this effect?

            bulls eye!!!! you got it man , it shakes more when i lighten my grip from handle.
            the tyre line, and its roundness is fine.

            one mechanic told that (after lot of R&D) the bike rear tyre's wear out is not even, its shaved more to one side. but there is no evidence of it.

            Can it be due to misalignment between the two wheels, like say the rear wheel not following the front one is same line?

              misalignment could be one of the reasons.Did fill in nitrogen into one of the tyres and the other one with normal air? If so remove nitrogen and fill normal air to both the tyres and check.Did you have any fall in recent past,which you think might have harmed the forks or cone set???

                Bro i think the faulty cone set may be the problem, just a guess...not 100% sure.

                  Vibrations are caused by any of the following
                  bad engine oil, clogged air filters, improperly tuned carbs, steering cones worn out, wheel bearings worn out, swingarm bushes worn out, rim run out[spoked rims].

                  @jawad_emt: Out of all these how many parts have you changed in your bike's 25k km life??

                      yes it does. Mine did when we changed the chain sprocket kit. It was bad. The bike used to vibrate because of that. Got that fixed and the ride was smoother.

                          Where was the exact problem? In wheel alignment or something? How did you fix it?

                            Yes there was a problem with the rear wheel alignment. There are these bolts that protrude out of the swing arm and have 2 nuts on each. These bolts are used to move the wheel forward or backward to adjust chain tension. The problem with my bike was one side was loosened and the other was not. The wheel was not in a line with the bike. So got it fixed.

                              ssame problem with my pulsar too...
                              got the cone changed and alignment done....the problem subsided but has now returned aftr jus 2-3k kms....(i dont stunt with the bike used it for jus normal commuting)

                              now the mechanic says that hez clueles...n says that try balancing the wheel mayb its not balanced...coz the engine is fit n fine
