The remarks in bold red by service center is quite common. Please ignore unless you trust the service center guys.
No. Loose tappets will not harm your bike to a great extent but it is good to tighten it to recommended specifications.

Do not mess with the AFR by yourself. Leave it to a mechanic or the service center.
            What is ''tenor mistake''?

It is "Cam Chain Tensioner" and seems like they've recommended a change of "timing chain" if this reappears. And AFR could be anything between 2.5 turns to 3 turns outward.

when i start my bike at morning idle speed is on 1000 rpm.engine sounds cool!but as soon as i ride for 2 km rpm becomes 1200 and sound begins to com while stooping it.on gear not on neutral..sound comes a lot while starting at gear and comes lil bit slower at neutral.and that somthing is hitting inside my engine.i can feel it woth my body!sound like one rod is hitting another rod help me frens wat type of sound is it..and when i decrease my idle rpm on a hot engine from 1200 to 1000 then the sound doesnt comes much but after few few seconds i suddenly comes and go!the sound is comming from upper side of the engine.right side ...bike is pulsor 220 new model.tappet ar adjusted but again sound appears.

Its not a problem at all buddy..Just check your Idling rpm ...Make sure it is around 1200-1300 whilst starting and once the engine has heated up..it should be around 1500-1600...

                            5.5 months old post guys!

Maybe he was new to the bike (since he said he got it newly delivered). Maybe he was new to the >100cc category where the engine cuts out if you hold the clutch lever loose (seen with people used to Splendors).
Or, maybe the clutch play was very less.
