      1) Planning to change the tyres. Reason : They've developed cracks and i guess the rubber would've become hard by now thereby affecting the grip. What do you guys recommend ? Should i take it for some more km's before changing the tyres .. what is the average life of a tyre ?
I don't recommend you M45 4.0 as Cbz Extremes rear tire, because its really hard to fit M45 4.0 in cbz, also it has some clearance issues ,Best option for Cbz is MRF Zapper Q 110 @ rear and Zapper FS 2.75 or M45 2.75 in front.

rightly said Aneesh. nd you can also dunlop geo-cruiser. pretty decent tyre with good wet and dry grip.it used to come with earlier CBZ. go for tuff up tube from honda.I'm running the tyre in my hunk for past 600 kms. Till now no problem.drove in rain also
Don't research too much while purchasing, else you will commit blunder

Yeah,as papan said,If you want a stock sized tire,Dunlop Geo Cruiser is a good option.

Tuff up tube helps only if the puncture is caused by a nail or something like that, otherwise it will make the situation worse
