    carelessness

yesterday i went to that service center to confirm the name of the service center and there i met one guy
You guys will be surprised to hear the height of careless ness of those bajaj service people.
That Guy have deposited his pulsar 220 for some repairs under warranty and brand new bike.
Some another guy came and said that his brother has a bike there and those bajaj guy gave that bike to the another guy.
And Yesterday when i was there and the original guy said he sent no one and i want my bike back no matter how.
Just imagine how irresponsible these people are .

The service center was not for pro-biking its a Rural Service Outlet(R.S.O) of Siliguri bajaj and when i went to siliguri with this they said its not authorised.
I called up the customer care and narrated the whole story and my question was if they were not authorised then why did they(R.S.O) performed all my free servicing and after a year they are saying that its not authorised.
They agreed to this and they are paying me back my money which i used to buy the new battery against the old battery.
Now i am happy and i think that they will not repeat such carelessness again.
Alls well that ends well :-)
Good to hear that Bajaj was very responsive in your case. Infact, i have had similar experiences. My take on the whole issue is that people down the chain are utterly careless and have the chalta hai attitude. But higher up, Bajaj is very responsive. Hope the same thing percolates down eventually.

        Nice to hear that....
Presence of MIND and self CONFIDENCE is the primary aspect You need to be on road, not what brand your riding gears are.
If you lack these two then DONT

I had been thorugh such a pain last sunday. My auto choke was not working and i asked the guy to just replace the heat sensor. I was made to wait for 3 hours and the reason they gave is that the 220 enginer has not come in yet. I waited for 3 hours for no reason. Finally after 3 hours , i made them replace the heat sensor. And now my auto choke is working fine.

What i did is , i went home registered a complaint with Bajaj, narated the whole story , ranging from rude behaviour of the SVC guys.
To my surprise i received a call from Service Manager , apologizing and provided me with his no, asking me to call him next time i visit their SVC.

Btw try mentioning in the complaint, that you are an XBHPian, it works..trust me..

Send a mail to this ID..

Explain the complaint... Tell them that you are a reputed blogger..and got a gazzillion subscribers in social networking sites and youtube...

Tell them that you'll spread news about their bad irresponsibility..

IMHO: I have tried this in another product .... and I got result in less than 24 hours..
If bajaj cares about their market and after sales service, they will contact you for a compromise.. trust me, I have experience in this
