@sam,
well uni has the KEIHIN CV 24 carb,and i think it has a118 size jet...
a 120 or a 125 would be sufficiant...

No thats the bowl drain screw.
THe VC is located where the bold circle is marked. check it out

@sam- regarding the air fuel mixture pics that u have posted, i think the mixture is perfect..u can make it just a tiny winy bit more leaner,but only very less..otherwise..its helluwa perfect..

I keep getting this smell of petrol whenever i ride....
Asked my mechanic to tune the carb but he said its perfect.

My spark plugs are just CLEEAANNN....
I used the spark plug cleaner to clean it in the Castrol bike zone.
after that the color is just the same.. no blackening.

@coplay- the metallic ring of the spark plug where the ground electrode is welded should have a light black colour..its the indication of a perfect mixture..if there's hardly any black colour,the mixture may be too lean..

@sam-The VC screw is very light to open or close so if it isn't light to screw or unscrew,then it's not the VC screw..

If thats the case, then why the smell???? ( i mean, if its too lean)

@COPLAY-check if the drain screw of the screw is loose..the screws joining the two portions of the carb might have becum loose and so the petrol smell..u gotta get ur carb checked

nahi dude .. it was very easy to open and close ..
i adjusted it a little .. lets see whats the result
